****We do not warehouse fabric, which is why a consultation is required prior to payment of your order to determine your fabric of choice for tunics, women's apparel, blankets and shawls. Please click the "schedule consultation" button located on the promo slider page for the item you wish to order to schedule your consultation!

Most garments are customed made to order with the exception of some t-shirts and accessories that are currently available on hand.

If an item is out of stock, where available and marked as such in the store, you may preorder.

***Once payment is received, the item will be made to order and shipped upon completion

Estimated time of completion will vary depending upon whether materials are readily available or currently on hand.

****AGAIN We do not warehouse fabric, a list of reputable fabric vendors will be discussed at your consultation to help in choosing your fabrics.

WE ARE NOT responsible for issues with your fabric once purchased, those concerns will need to be addressed with the fabric vendor, so please make sure your read all information regarding your fabric choice and that it is the color and material that you want.

Once items are completed you order will be shipped on one of our three regularly scheduled weekly shipping days.

At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered items description, and total.

Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, the time of the day you place your order, and are subject to carrier delivery dates and times which are not in our control once they have been dropped of at the post office.

All orders received after 6PM will be processed the following business day and required consultation date will be confirmed where applicable.

You will receive notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

***We do require our clients to sign for their packages. This is to protect you and to protect us as a small business.

We ship in the continental USA via Priority Mail® and Priority Mail Express®. These services include up to $100 of insurance for your order. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available. But you will need to request this additional insurance by selecting the product labeled "USPS Priority Mail Additional Insurance" or "USPS Priority Express Mail Additional Insurance" prior to check out to add the additional insurance to your order.

Once you sign for your package we will be notified.

We are not responsible for misinformation/misspelling provided by our clients.

WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Please be sure of the product items are what you want. We believe in zero waste and since garments are custom made to fit YOU and to YOUR specifications we are unable to resell custom garments.

On a CASE BY CASE basis, we will consider items that may be resold based on condition of those items once returned to us for possible credit for that item, or issue a gift card however, (RETURN SHIPPING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY)
